Color in search engine results
For those of us who can distinguish it, color plays a critical role in how we assimilate information presented on the screen. I was unnerved by the lack of color in the following search results:So similar to Google's standard design, but with one change that made me wonder if I needed to wiggle my monitor cable. Distinguishing between the results is much more challenging without the page titles colored.
On a related note, Vischeck will let you surf the web with a color-blindness simulator. (Unfortunately, its CSS support is clunky.)
