One of these things is not like the other
Hmmm . . . can you tell the difference between these two "voters' guides" that arrived in my mail this weekend? Both are printed on newsprint. One is the official guide sent by the Oregon Secretary of State. The other is a flyer in favor of Measure 35. The designers claimed they used stark newsprint because it was cheap.
