yep, i have cingular and it works great in NSH and wean except the stairwells. Not sure about the bowels of wean, but the parts I've been in are fine.

Not such great reception near ohiopyle - it's mostly fine but there were a few places where verizon had it and I didn't (this was a couple of years ago though, so it may have been AT&T). But all in all I've only not had reception for a few minutes here or there.

I don't get good reception on the first floor of Wean, but elsewhere it is fairly reasonable. Compared to Verizon, I have a larger number of dropped calls and I feel like the coverage isn't as good, but it's not so bad that I'd switch back. (Going to a pre-paid plan from Cingular cut my cell bill from $47/month to $25/month, although this is partly because I have no life and thus never make phone calls)
